All you have to do is eat 1 balanced meal with 2 shakes and 3 snacks a day!
1 SHAKE (Breakfast) 6-7 am Mix 2 tablespoons of Nutrishake, 1/2 tbs. of Thermogen Tea, 1oz of Le’Vive Green and your favorite fruit in 8oz of water/soymilk Take 2 capsules of Green29
1 SNACK (9-10 AM) Take some solid meal e.g. cereal bowl or fruit
1 SHAKE LUNCH (12 M) Mix 2 tbs. of Nutrishake and 1/2 tbs. of Thermogen Tea in 8oz of water/soymilk
1 SNACK (2-3 PM) Take some solid meal e.g. a salad Mix 1oz of Le’Vive Green and 1 tablespoon of Thermogen Tea in 4 oz of hot water
1 SNACK (4-5) Take some solid meal e.g. healthy fiber bar under 130 Cal. or a fruit MEAL
1 BALANCED MEAL(6-8) Take a complete balanced meal (vegetables & roast Mix 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) in 6-8 oz fl of water or juice
Start the day with a glass of water as soon as you wake up! That is a wonderful way to start the day. We also suggest not eating 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. Note: The schedule is based on the Complete Transform Kit. If you have purchased the "Starter" or "Reshaper" kit, you will need to purchase the products that are not along those kits for maximum results and follow the schedule above properly.
